Altho it's been so long since national day, but as a fellow patriot, i'd like to dedicate this blog entry to my beloved island: Singapore. sara: i'm so full i wanna puke... me: what a wonderful meal!! i'm totally contented... *burp* oops!! prize presentation to the award-winning chefs!!! *applause* *End note: This is actually only the first part of our national day celebration... after grad house, nik n i departed for uni lodge (our old accommodations) n met up for a 2nd round of national day dinner wif our frens there!!! ahaha... n of cos we watched NDP 2006 online... hee... wat a wonderful way to celebrate our country's 41st bday... ha.

Went to Healesville Sanctuary recently, which obviously is a sanctuary by name, but in actual fact looked more like a zoo... it only houses Aussie animals (obviously.) and usually has only a couple of animals on exhibit per specie... except for kangaroos of cos... they're always aplenty... small wooden bridge across a bubbly winding stream... coniferous trees all around us... adorable furry marsupials right around the corner... paired with the delightful twitterings of majestic birds... what more can u ask for?? ...... an extra layer of clothing. we were freezing our asses off!!! GO!!!!!! and the feast begins.......
on our way there... on the 1 hour bus ride tt made most of us feel like puking...
