am being bogged down by tonnes of work n had 2 get pissed again by someone else... duh. tokin like u're "superior" 2 us... i'm not saying tt i'm not open 2 ideas, but u can put it in a nicer, "friend cum colleague" way rite? instead of cuming down upon us as if u're a lect or sup... duh... n really pissed when u say things like "cos i tink it really reflects badly on us and if i neva go n see for two wkends leh? it's been there since last wed, so like thur, fri n de whole wkend u all juz left it there" hello!! so we DID leave it there, guilty as charged. do we deserve a death sentence den?? u can juz say nicely like "i tink we can keep de stuff rite, dun put it there all over de table" sounds nicer rite? really felt like u called us in 2 reprimand us, n wat right do u haf 2 do tt? duh. we totally "deserved to be scolded" rite. c'mon lor, we're supposed 2 be working tog in COLLABORATION, not under a HIERARCHY. say nicely, we GET THE PIC! is there a need 2 fling ur weight abt n indirectly point out tt we're irresponsible? cos tt's really de pic i get... u wan us 2 keep? juz say de word. we'll do it! y all de big hoo-haa as if we burned down de whole lab? as a leader, u're supposed 2 RESOLVE issues n differences, not EXACERBATE them.
